* Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
* Because we partner with global suppliers to offer you the best selection, tracking numbers may take a few days to update after your initial purchase.
### 2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* komezastore ships to residential and business addresses within our delivery zones.
* Please note that we do not reliably deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses due to carrier restrictions from our international shipping hubs.
### 4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
* You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
* The tracking link will become active within 24 to 48 hours of generation.
### 5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
* komezastore is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
* All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
### 6. Damages and Lost Packages

# Refund Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
